My second set of sponsors come as a package deal run by a husband and wife duo who live and breathe sports in Grey Bruce. Watson Construction Ltd will be sponsoring monthly photo reports while Cutz and Craftz by Lindz (soon to be rebranded to CCL Customs – Custom Apparel and Laser Engraving) will be sponsoring our Meet the Roar interviews with coaching staff, fans and the larger Attack community. The Watson’s have been great supporters of my work since the first day I walked into the Bayshore and started sharing my photos and words. Read on to hear from them about why they invested in the blog, what this team means to them and how their individual businesses can help you out.

Tell us a bit about your businesses? What do you offer, and how can people take advantage of your services?
Let’s start with Watson Construction Ltd. Matt has been framing quality homes in Grey Bruce for the past 15 years. Watson Construction specializes in custom residential framing and general contracting, with a focus on delivering reliable service and top-quality craftsmanship. Whether it’s a new build, an addition, or a major renovation, our team is committed to creating homes that stand the test of time. You can contact Matt by phone at 519-377-4924, by email at

Next up is Cutz and Craftz by Lindz (soon to be rebranded as CCL Customs – Custom Apparel and Laser Engraving): We create custom apparel and personalized laser-engraved gifts. Beyond unique designs, we take pride in our Apparel for a Cause campaigns, where a portion of proceeds support local charitable organizations. We also work closely with minor sports organizations to assist with fundraising initiatives. Customers can shop our seasonal collections, place custom orders, or collaborate with us to bring their vision to life. You can contact Lindsey Watson by phone at 519-373-3712 or by email at

What inspired you to reach out to support this blog and the Grey Bruce sports community?
Both of our businesses are deeply rooted in Grey Bruce, and we know how important sports are in bringing people together. Supporting this blog felt like a natural way to give back—not only to shine a light on local talent and community spirit, but also to support Allison and her initiative to share exciting sport seasons chapter by chapter, and through the highs and lows. For us, it’s about celebrating the hometown passion that makes Grey Bruce such a special place to live and work.
What does the Owen Sound Attack and having an OHL team in this community mean to you?
Having the Owen Sound Attack in our backyard means so much—it gives our community the chance to rally together, cheer on high-level hockey, and inspire the next generation of athletes. Beyond that, hockey has pulled our family through some tough times and introduced us to so many friends who now feel like family. The team brings excitement, pride, and connection to Owen Sound and beyond. For us, it’s not just about hockey; it’s about community spirit, resilience, and belonging. Supporting the Attack helps keep that energy alive.
